  EASTERN SAILPLANE CRS E3NR568J, is the only sailplane importer who is also a certified repair facility. This is a significant advantage over other repair facilities! We also benefit from our constant dealings with Schleicher. I am in contact almost daily with Schleicher regarding many issues. This makes it easy to get real factory support and advice for all my repairs. I probably get an opinion from Waibel once per week on something or other. For example -- How strong should your battery mount be? As per latest JAR-22 specs the mounting system should be able to withstand 15G. The ASW-24 and 27 are designed to withstand 25G's. How good is your battery installation?   |
